Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions

1. Request window

Refund requests for monthly subscriptions must be submitted within 60 days of the original charge date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

2. Maximum refund coverage

Ember AI will refund a maximum of 2 months of subscription charges per request only if there is no platform utilization. Charges older than 2 months at the time of the request or requests where account activity is apparent are not eligible.

3. Deductions on subscription refunds

All approved subscription refunds are subject to the following non-recoverable deductions per refunded month:

  • Deployment platform fee: $14.00 per actively deployed project. This fee covers non-recoverable infrastructure costs charged by our hosting provider and applies only to accounts with one or more actively deployed projects at the time of the refund request. Accounts with no active deployments are not subject to this fee.

4. Full refund exceptions (fees waived)

All deductions are waived and a full refund issued only in the following verified cases:

  • A confirmed platform-side outage or technical failure caused by Ember AI that rendered the service unusable for a prolonged period of time.
  • An accidental duplicate charge due to a billing system error on our side.

5. Non-refundable cases

  • Requests submitted beyond the 60-day window.
  • Partial use of a subscription where the platform functioned as intended.
  • Accounts terminated due to violations of Ember AI's Terms of Service.

Bootcamps

SnapSprint (2-day bootcamp)

6. Refund window

A full refund is available if requested within the first day of the bootcamp. No questions asked.

7. After day 1

No refunds are issued once the first day has concluded. No exceptions. But at our discretion you may defer your payment to a future SnapSprint.

SnapCamp (4-week bootcamp)

8. Week 1 — full refund

If a refund is requested within the first 5 days of the bootcamp, a full refund is issued, no questions asked.

9. Week 2 — prorated refund

If a refund is requested after the first week but before the bootcamp concludes, a prorated refund will be issued based on the number of days remaining out of the total 28-day program.

Prorated refund formula:

Refund = (Days remaining ÷ 28) × Amount paid

Example: If you paid $2,000 for SnapCamp and request a refund on day 10 (18 days remaining): Refund = (18 ÷ 28) × $2,000 = $1,285.71

10. After week 2

No refunds are issued.

11. How to request a refund

Contact our support team (team@snapdev.ai) with your account email, the product or bootcamp name, your enrollment or charge date, and your reason for requesting a refund. We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours (weekdays only).

12. Discretion

Ember AI reserves the right to request supporting information to verify any refund claim. All decisions are final.
